Check the list below to find out if your auto is likely to end up missing. For the most part, stolen autos mirror the population's purchasing habits. Thieves can unload parts and pieces of common cars quickly, so if your auto is on the top seller list, chances are its on the top stolen list as well.

The numbers below are pulled from the National Insurance Crime Bureau's report of 447,007 vehicles reported stolen in 1998. The number represents only those autos reported to NIBC. NIBC estimates this total to be approximately 32% of the cars stolen nationwide.
